Following
the recent articles in the Cypriot and British press highlighting the importance
of ensuring that the property you purchase in Cyprus has a separate title deed
available thus securing your investment and simplifying the process should you
require finance to complete your purchase, you will be pleased to know that *all
of our projects have separate title deeds*. Projects completed as recently as
2007(Coralia Dream) have been issued separate title deeds(April 2009).
Do not be fooled by property
representatives offering big discounts as most of these properties might
experience difficulties in obtaining separate title deeds due to the current
financial troubles........
Even properties that have specific performance at the land registry office does not ensure that you will get your title deeds
promptly and you could end up waiting as much for a long time period. This could also hamper your efforts to sell the property at a later date.
For your own peace of mind, you should only purchase from a Developer that
has a proven record of delivering the title deeds without delays.
